Rates

Weekend rates are $145 per night plus tax (13.25%) based on single or double occupancy. $20 per night plus tax for each additional person.

Weekday rates are $125 per night plus tax based on single or double occupancy.

Weekend rates apply Friday thru Sunday, Holidays and all special event days

Weekday rates apply Monday thru Thursday

Payment method is Visa, Mastercard or cash

Cancellations - We truly appreciate you choosing RosaBella and hope that you can understand our need for a 30 day notice prior to your reservation. We do not overbook, therefore refunds are made only if your reservation is refilled. If your reservation was made 15 days prior to your stay you will have 24 hours from the time you made the reservation to cancel. Reservations made within 48 hours of the reservation date have no grace period and will be charged for the full reservation. We make every effort to refill your reservation. Cancellations will be accpeted by phone only and you must receive a cancellation number or your cancellation will NOT be valid. All cancellations are subject to a $25. cancellation fee. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Policies

Check in is 4:00 pm or later

Check out is no later than 11:00 am

Early check in or late check out may be available upon request.

The key must be returned at check out. If a key is not returned a $10 fee will be charged to your credit card.

Continental breakfast is provided.

Maximum occupancy is four people (a single guest under 23 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian)

Pets are NOT allowed (no exceptions)

No daily maid service

Smoking is strickly prohibited within the building. If we see or smell evidence of smoking in your room we reserve the right to charge an additional $100 fee for cleaning items that may be affected by the smoke.

No candles are allowed to be lit.

Note: This is an upstairs apartment with no elevator service.
